Somewhere... I stand with a foot in creative design and a foot in the mass of technology that drives it. Working as a designer and project manager in print and web for the last ten years I earned my stripes early on in IT. First in technical support (can you remember OS 7.6 or Windows 3.1?) and then up the ranks to Assistant Network Manager. A creative person with a love of logic, I then made my move during the dot com bust working my way through the digital waste land of the early double ohs. Somehow... It all worked out. Went back to school to study Print Production and still the problem solving from my IT days has stayed with me along with a love of finding smarter ways to get things done. Sometime... At age 20, I designed my first publication while earning my BA, publishing the works of New York's most gifted writers and poets.

When not working you'll find me on the tennis court, hunting for new photography gear, in the Muay Thai gym attempting to jump rope or studying music theory.

There are many talented graphic designers in the NY Metro but how many fully understand how to properly prepare their files for printing? I speak the language of print production, understand how the offset printing process works, get excited when close to a heidelberg and can make sure your print project comes out right the first time. There's no print job we can't handle large & small alike. Here's a short list of what we can do for you: Packaging, Catalogs of all sizes, business cards, brochures, menus, t-shirts, promotional items, custom packaging and posters.

I currently work as 2nd shooter and cameraman for ND Photo Studios and Cinematic Storytellers at various events including: weddings, commercials, bat/bar mitzvahs, concerts etc. One of my specialties is advertising and product photography, bringing out the very best of your merchandise. I can also incorporate my photography services into the building of any website to give it the ultimate customized look. Video and recently fusion, the mixing of photographic and video elements, offers a dazzling visual experience for showcasing the special moments in life.

THE PROCESS

The end design of a print project for launching a new drug for Pharma is very different than a restaurant's website but the process is the same. My top priority is to fully understand what a client needs and deliver it. You may have a fairly clear idea of what you want or just have a general idea. Either way I will gently and patiently ask the right questions to make sure you get a product you love in a timely fashion.
